Director of Development

The Director of Development plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission by cultivating relationships with corporate partners, individual donors, and foundations, and driving fundraising initiatives that fuel our programs. This hybrid position offers a dynamic mix of strategic leadership, community engagement, and collaboration with a passionate team working to make a difference in Tulsa.

LTRC Team Lead

The LTRC Team Lead is a pivotal member of the Landlord Tenant Resource Center team, actively leading and working alongside the team to connect people at risk of experiencing homelessness due to eviction or housing instability with essential services and housing options. This role involves directly assisting clients in understanding their rights, accessing available resources, and transitioning to stable housing situations. As a hands-on leader, the Team Lead not only directs the work and training of four or more team members but also engages personally in client services, ensuring a collaborative approach within the team and with external partners to secure safe and suitable housing solutions. 

Peer Lived Experience Coordinator

The Peer Lived Experience Coordinator supports meaningful engagement of people with lived experience of homelessness and justice involvement across Tulsa’s Continuum of Care. This role coordinates the work of key advisory groups, helping to ensure their voices shape local systems and services.
